HOLY TRINITY ORTHODOX CHURCH
305 Washington Street
New Britain, Connecticut

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Glory to Jesus Christ!

I am writing in anticipation of our 2021 Annual Parish Meeting to be held on Sunday, January 31st at 11:00am. Given the need for continued caution during the current pandemic, we are adapting our practice for the Annual Meeting this year. We plan to have participation through both limited in-person attendance in church, as well as through ZOOM, which can be accessed either by computer or any telephone. If you are hopeful to attend in person, please let Fr. David know ASAP as there are limited spots available. If you are wishing to attend through virtually, I am providing instructions below for how to attend through the ZOOM platform.

Additionally, please follow this link for the Agenda and Documents for the meeting. In light of limiting exposure as much as possible in the church proper, the only report to be read at the meeting will be Fr. David's Pastoral Report. All other reports are provided here and you may have a chance for question/comment at the specified time on the agenda.

Given the need to keep circulated paper at a minimum, we will also not be distributing physical copies unless they are specifically requested for those without a printer or smart device.

Praying you are well, and look forward to "seeing" you at the Annual Meeting.

Warmly,
Dan
